Job Description:
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues to restore failed IT Service
Resolve Incidents within the specified Service Level
Work with the Incident Management team to escalate problems and lead technical operational recovery
Verify resolution with endusers and resolve assigned Incidents
Monitor capacity performance and availability using monitoring tools
Identify problems
Interact and influencing third party vendors
Create submit knowledge articles and provide training to junior colleagues as well as end users
Identify monitor drive and track continual service improvements
Willing to work shifts
Skills Experience
Troubleshooting diagnosing monitoring and resolving end customer issues
Excellent understanding and troubleshooting experience of Genesys Cloud SIP
Session Initiation Protocol Genesys Engage Oracle SBC Session Border Controller Oracle Enterprise Manager EOM
General understanding of Genesys Cloud or other Cloud based contact center platforms
Experience of associated technology areas such as data networking carrier networks and ability to learn and support
Be able to manage multiple technical priories ensure success in each of them
6 to 7 years of experience in supporting contact center infrastructure
Address and coordinate escalations with the vendors L3 support end users
Basic understanding of L1 support and ability to act as an SME for junior colleagues
Should be aware of ITILs Incident Change and Problem management activities and best practices
