Job Description We are seeking a Sr. Finance Manager, Domestic Compensation Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in headcount and compensation planning, employee-related FP&A, and advanced Excel and a proven ability to lead compensation forecasting and reporting, partner with HR and operating groups, and deliver accurate insights that inform workforce decisions. Responsibilities: Own financial oversight of headcount and compensation for domestic operations with 1,000+ employees, including monthly commission payout reviews. Forecast and report compensation expenses and headcount across monthly and quarterly closes, periodic forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans using enterprise systems. Provide leadership with timely analysis, KPIs, and insights to manage labor costs and workforce planning. Partner with HR to align headcount reporting and related expenses with organizational changes and structures. Represent Finance on initiatives affecting compensation planning, reporting, analytics, and systems/process improvements. Build and maintain relationships with HR (Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Systems, Generalists), Finance leads, and operating groups. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. 6-8+ years of FP&A, reporting, and accounting experience, preferably in media. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong skills in Microsoft Office. Executive presence with effective communication and relationship management across departments. Strategic, analytical mindset with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, own deliverables, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity. Team-oriented with ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively. Preferred Skills: Experience with Oracle Fusion, Longview, and SAP.
