Elite Home Healthcare is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for current home health patient needs in Carmel, Arcadia, and surrounding Hamilton County communities .
As a Home Health Field Nurse, you'll provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the patient's home , allowing you to focus on the individual needs of the patient while building meaningful relationships with the patients and families you serve.
We offer full-time and part-time opportunities, and the support of our clinical team while you provide patient-centered care where it matters most—at home.

Patient assignments, schedules, available hours, and required nursing credentials vary based on individual patient needs and the Plan of Care.
As a Home Health Field Nurse, you will provide skilled nursing services in accordance with the patient's Plan of Care and assigned nursing responsibilities.
